I had I hard time trusting anyone with my military uniforms but they really did an amazing job.
I always have a great experience at this location. Everyone is very polite and helpful. My only complaint is that I feel it's a bit expensive for everyday items...sundresses, plain sweaters, tops, etcetera. I take my better items to you and my everyday items to another cleaner.
The hem of my dress had been completely pulled out during dry cleaning. I didn't realize it until I got the dress home. I returned to the store a few days later and they immediately fixed it while I waited--which was great...but if I had been on a business trip or if your store was closed before I realized the hem was completely out, I would have been unable to wear the dress.
Cleaned white shirts were great and stain on sports jacket was removed

Employees were polite at drop off and pick-up. It was my first time in and I was welcomed warmly and presented with a price chart, a nice touch. My husbands brand new "Rolls Royce" pants were splattered with sausage grease hours into the first wearing, at his step-mom's memorial service no less. We were in a panic but reading several reviews of Kona made me feel confident that this was the place to go. I was right! I won't go anywhere else from now on.
