I used to go to the Kona in Costa Mesa, but moved jobs. I tried another cleaners and they consistently broke buttons. I went back to Kona in Orange and couldn't be happier. Courteous staff like Maria makes the experience more enjoyable as well.
The item I took into the cleaners was done on time and to perfection. This is always something that I expect and receive from Kona Cleaners.
I have had issues in the past with poor dry cleaning services so I tried Kona Cleaners out with a small order initially and was very pleased with the results. I am so used to having to point out specific stains to have them tagged with red tape at all other dry cleaners and when I started to point out stains here, the lady told me "Oh honey, you don't need to do that--that's our job". Kona Cleaners is my favourite Dry Cleaners. Service is always friendly, helpful and reliable. My clothing is always returned to me in perfect condition. Kona Cleaners is a first rate company.
Quick drop off, and my information was input into the system immediately, so I could set up my account on line. I really like the ability to keep my payment information updated so I can just go pick up my cleaning, or have my kids or husband pick up. My clothes were returned on time, clean of course, with premium hangers. I received a follow up phone call to see how my experience was. Fantastic customer service!
