Just started using Kona Cleaners a few weeks ago and I couldn't be happier; they have definitely gained a customer for a very long time. The first person I had the pleasure of meeting was Jazmin and her personality and humor are the thing that pretty much won me over. She was very friendly and personable which is what I love most about Kona Cleaners. They also do a stellar job cleaning my clothing! Jennifer @ KONA rocks! Came to the store in Orange to pick up my dry-cleaning, only to find out one item was missing...was bit nerve racking moment since had a flight to catch few hrs later! Jennifer did everything in her power to locate my garment by calling pretty much everybody in the company (well at least 5 people) The garment was found & the friendly driver Antony came 20 min later! -main time Jennifer provided chairs for me and my body and we had a great chit-chat when waiting! I've been going to this location for years and I'm happy with the quality and price of the dry cleaning and laundering for my work clothes each week. Joceline is super helpful with any special requests and is always smiles each time!
Being new to town I was concerned about finding a dry cleaner that lived up to my expectations. Well I couldn't have made a better choice when I chose Kona Dry Cleaners. They exceeded my expectations from work performed to the outstanding customer service.
The staff at the Palatino location are always very helpful and friendly!

Jazmin was so kind and curious. She made sure my dry cleaning was spotless and ready to go for pick up. I will never go anywhere else for my dry cleaning. Service was out of this world good!!
