I love the staff at this location! They are always so quick and on top of everything. My clothes are always ready the next day!

Kona Cleaners is always Great!! I have had alterations finished and returned in 24 hours a couple of times. Today I went in to drop off another alteration, The girl working was Laly, from the Paularino store and she was fast and helpful and had a big smile. She answered my questions professionally and I was in and out fast. I highly recommend Kona Cleaners!~!
It was very good service with staff explaining what kind of cleaning is needed for the clothes I brought in. Never trying to sell me more.
Had shirts tailored and picked up earlier than quoted! Very impressed and tried dry cleaning service, received an email less than 24 hours later... The service is great and the email notification are a big help. Much faster than my former dry cleaner.

The girls at Costa mesa were great but somehow the people who did the dry cleaning didn't do a good job. Will have to bring my clothes back on March 28.
Service is always very friendly no matter who is on the register. Our clothes always are ready very promptly and look wonderful. It's a longer drive for us to get to the cleaners but was not happy with the service that was available in our immediate neighborhood. So we tried Kona and have been very pleased with it since. They did a wonderful job with our Chinese quilt as well. Plan in the future to entrust them with our down comforter. Mahalo!
