Ana is wonderful; very helpful in the mornings. I can leave my bag and she takes care of it. Some problems with stains not being removed, having to bring it back a second time.

Always a great experience with Kona! I travel a lot for work, and they always deliver the fast turnaround and the Sunday pickup when I need it. My clothes are always perfectly cleaned, and they've never lost anything or given me any problems of any kind. I also love having a tailor on site, it's amazing how many times I have something stitched, repaired or hemmed throughout the year, and they're faster and cheaper. Your attitude towards customers, the quality of the work and that you are a green cleaners have impressed me from the start. Also, I have never met a member of the staff that wasn't warm, friendly and very helpful! BRAVO!!
I have used Kona Cleaners for all of our dry cleaning for about 8 years now. I find then courteous and efficient. If there is a problem they will quickly address the issue & find a solution that is satisfactory to the customer. My couture items are cleaned & beautifully done. Vivian suggested I use their "wet & clean" service for special white items & it has been fantastic! I have no problem driving up from South County, I have peace of mind w/the clothing being cleaned, & we find it is worth it!
