They are always earlier to complete order than when they tell you they will finish. Plus, I'm a new customer after years at another cleaner in town. I had a difficult stain on a new dress that NO ONE could get out--even after 2 tries at the same place. Kona didn't act like it would be a problem. And it wasn't. They cleaned it immediately and beautifully. Love my new dry cleaner.

My experience with Kona Cleaners has been excellent. Maria provides the best customer experience with a smile. Clothes are ironed perfectly and presented in excellent condition when picked up. Zero complaints!

I have never had a negative experience with Kona Cleaners. I always look forward to seeing the girls @ your Lido store and they are always bright and cheerful. I have had items with issues and your staff always took it upon themselves to diligently handle the matter without wasting my time but however guiding through their process, professionally. I have no intention of going anywhere else & sure try to refer people to Kona Cleaners!
