I would give this review 5 stars for how nice and helpful the staff was! Great experience with them. Unfortunately one of the laundered shirts had a button ripped off when being cleaned and my husband saw it when he put the shirt on this morning.

I had my wedding dress cleaned and preserved by Kona Cleaners, and they did a wonderful job. The same woman helped me when I dropped it off and picked it up. I can't remember her name (I am terrible with names), but she was so friendly and helpful, and made sure I had all the information I needed about taking care of my dress. My order was ready much earlier than expected, which was great. Kona has been the best dry cleaner ever! Everyone is super friendly and the quality of work is exceptional. Praises especially for Faye - she greets you by name, has your account up as you park your car, and is helpful with whatever you need.
