First time bringing my work shirts to Kona Cleaners. I used their current Yelp deal which is $15 for $25. Upon arrival the girl (Jenny) who checked my stuff was very helpful. Since I was a new customer I had to fill out some information. Once I was done with that she went to ask if I needed any areas of my shirts that require special cleaning/attention. The staff was very friendly and my garments(two suits)were done on time it's worth the price
Very friendly staff. They do a good job cleaning. Takes awhile for them to gather your order, but I recommend overalls
Liked the e-mail notification and receipt system. Pants altered and then dry cleaned. Everything was done on time. Tailoring was good. But price for dry cleaning dress pants, close to $6, seems too high. I can get it done for closer to $4 at many non-discount dry cleaners.
Shirts were very clean, but got easily wrinkled when taken out of the plastic.
The service I receive at Kona has always been great! I have used this cleaners for several years now. All the employees are friendly and take pride in their work. Thank you for quality clean clothing. Two thumbs up!
