Fantastic service as always.
Staff is very friendly and helpful, and the online system is awesome. The only downsides are that the pricing is pretty high compared to others, and it wasn't possible to remove a stain from a shirt I brought in and I still had to pay for it. If I had known the stain couldn't be removed, I wouldn't have bothered. So I feel a little ripped off.
They have not been picking up on Mondays as usual...it is still sitting on the front porch as i write this...Did something change? Also when dropped off it would be lying nicely over our porch chair..now it is being h9ung in very odd place like our Christmas tree lighting hook.....
Overall my experience went well. We have used the same cleaners for over 20 years but have recently moved to the area. I found Kona on Yelp with good reviews. I was greeted warmly at the HB location and told possibly there was one closer to me since I live in Costa Mesa but they weren't sure where it was and suggested I look it up. I arrived at 4:30 on the day the shirts were to be done even though I was informed to wait till 5, hoping they would be done early as sometimes was the case at our old location however they wer... read more
Service was fantastic, and the clothes are spotlessly clean. Surprisingly, your prices are almost exactly double what I've been paying near my office in the airport area. I will certainly try to determine if there is a reason to pay what feels like an exorbitant amount, but until then, I'm afraid I will probably shop elsewhere. But please note that the experience was flawless. Thank you.
