People are great and service is great too!
When I dropped our drapes off, the clerk was informative and the process was fast. I love the fact that Kona has a website to check the status of my dry cleaning and I know right away when I can pick up my order. I called ahead to put my credit card on file, so it was really fast to pick up my order. My receipt was e-mailed to me which was great as well for my expensing the job.
The staff is very friendly and the service is fast and reliable!
Great experience! Friendly customer service. A little expensive but good results. If I was on a tighter budget I would have to go elsewhere. Would like to know about specials and coupons.

Just started using Kona Cleaners a few weeks ago and I couldn't be happier; they have definitely gained a customer for a very long time. The first person I had the pleasure of meeting was Jazmin and her personality and humor are the thing that pretty much won me over. Jennifer @ KONA rocks! Came to the store in Orange to pick up my dry-cleaning, only to find out one item was missing...was bit nerve racking moment since had a flight to catch few hrs later! Jennifer did everything in her power to locate my garment by calling pretty much everybody in the company (well at least 5 people) The garment was found & the friendly driver Antony came 20 min later! -main time Jennifer provided chairs for me and my body and we had a great chit-chat when waiting!
