Both Emma and Yvette are very friendly and helpful. They are always great at making suggestions about the best way to get my things cleaned with the best value. It makes me a more loyal customer and I wouldn't go anywhere else!
The delivery back is great, but the pick up is inconsistent. I often have to drop off my back of clothes at the Taft location because the bag sits on my front door step all day without being picked up. The cleaning itself is great!
Girls are super helpful - always a smile and have my clothes done when i need them or before. I get emails and updates as needed and super impressed with Kona cleanerrs.
