It was unsettling going into my local cleaners and not seeing a familiar face and seeing the construction being done. I asked if they were new and where the other lady had gone they told me she now worked for them I will try them again

My clothes always seem to be very cleaned when I pick them up. They have lots of coupons too. I believe it was Kala at the Costa Mesa location who is always so nice. These guys do a good job

I signed up online. The next day I dropped off my laundry at the Placentia store. A few days later I received an email notification. I returned to the store, presented my claim ticket, and walked away with my stuff. No cash needed- it automatically went to the credit card assigned to my account. That same day I received an email sales receipt. It was crazy easy and fast. The cleaning and pressing were excellent. Easily the best value for the buck that I've ever had with any cleaner.
Staff was personable and extremely helpful. Clothes were ready when we they advised and confirmations were sent accordingly. Also the bilingual abilities were a HUGE plus! Thanks for making it easy :)
I had an expensive Nat Nast shirt damaged in the process of being dry cleaned and Kona Cleaners gave me a credit of $80 which was a fair and generous concession. They did attempt to remedy the problem first by re-cleaning and even did it a second time, but unfortunately without success. They were very apologetic and professional in handling this problem and arriving at a mutually acceptable resolution.
It was very professional and in a rimely manner!
Everyone is always very accommodating. I love Maria! I knew her from the Placentia store, and our office moved to Orange. Then Maria came to Orange!! :)
