My visit was quick and easy. I dropped off 11 shirts to Edgar (I always count them) and he gave me a Friday pick up date. We verified it would be sent to my email (the receipt) and I was on my way. I've been going to Kona for years and have been happy with the staff and service. Thank you for making this part of my chores a pleasant and easy experience!
First time customer to Kona and this won't be the last time. Both times I went, Jazmine assisted me. Fast, friendly and courteous service with a smile. Brought in shirt and a suit pant that were both stained. Was happy to see the stains came out. Thanks Kona!

The staff was extremely nice. Two shirts I brought in were not cleaned entirely though and did not address some minor stains I had pointed out. These are being redone now. Turnaround was quick. The Web account is awesome. Prices are high
