The employees were knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The clothes came out perfectly! The biggest issue was with the SMS messaging updates. I saw the flyer directing me to sign up for them but when I went to the site there was nowhere to sign up.

They are always prompt with my clothes. I also worry about my clothes shrinking but not at Kona, my clothes always come out perfect.

Love how close it is. Love how quick they were to get my cloths back to me. Downside is the cost. It's quite expensive compared to other cleaners.
This place is incredible! !!!! Jerry is by far the best person I have ever dealt with in this kind of business . HE was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. If anyone in southern California needs dry cleaning, I suggest you go see him.
I drive from Laguna Beach to have my clothes cleaned at Kona. The staff is friendly and helpful and I like my clean clothes.
