The cleaning was good and the price was very reasonable. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it was somewhat slow. It took 4 days to do 3 shirts. Even so, I was satisfied and I'll be back again.
Friendly and helpful service. The clothing was ready when promised. I'm a new customer and was looking for a reputable place for my husband's dry cleaning. He has expensive shirts and requires special service and Kona was able to accommodate us. The pricing a comparable, but a bit more than previous places I've used.
Was very easy to drop off and pick up. Having the email notification really is great customer service. The facility is large and the staff is friendly. You are now my dry cleaners....!!!

It was convenient to receive an email saying that my dry cleaning was ready because it was actually ready a day before scheduled.
I was very pleased and will use again. I appreciated the extra note to one piece that let me know some stains were difficult to completely remove.
Jossetine provides excellent service. She shows personal interest and goes the extra mile to make sure we are happy with every item in our order. Cleaning mistakes are rare but when they happen she makes it right.
My family has utilized Kona Cleaners for years. We feel like part of the family, and more than not, I see people I know from the community. Outstanding service. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else.
The gentleman who helped me was very courteous and helpful. I brought two skirts to be shortened. He measured exactly the length I wanted. He said they would be ready by Saturday and they were ready on Thursday. I am pleased with the results.
