Kona Cleaners is great. I started taking my dry cleaning to the Paularino location because it was the closest dry cleaner to my apartment. Now that I have moved to the other side of town, I gladly make the longer drive to Kona Cleaners. Laly is always very helpful and friendly and I have never received less than spectacular customer service from her or anyone at Kona Cleaners. If I could give them higher then 5 stars I would, there is a distinct shortage of places that truily understand customer service, and this place is on that short list. They are alway happy and friendly, they always make it easy and I haven't had any of my clothes ruined by them, and I have in the past by many other places. I am glad they are near my home and the fact that they are open 7 days a week makes them even better.
Kona cleaners is simply the best. My clothes are always cleaned to perfection and the staff is always friendly and cheerful.
I enjoy the fact that a majority of the staff already knows my name. and if I need a little extra attention they always say yes! it's worth the cost of business for me to drive that extra mile to have my clothes taken care of...

I have been a customer of Kona Cleaners since they opened their door in Orange. Meria Machado always has a great smile and happy attutitude when she greets me and is a wonderful asset to Kona.
