My only problem was with the sewing service. Brought in a pair of jeans that needed the front and back pocket sewn. Paid in advance for service for $10 (assuming that was total for sewing) along with shirt pressing and sweaters to be dry cleaned (total of $32). After taking it home found out that only the front pocket was sewn. So returned the jeans. The next day my wife picked up the jeans, only to be charged an additional $5. So total was $15 just to have front and back pocket sewn. I don't know how much service like this ... read more

The front desk personnel was excellent. My promised date was not met by three days, but not too upset by it.

I take my cleaning in to the store on Richfield (2 doors down from where I drop my dog off for grooming). The gal asked if I wanted delivery and I said yes. I rec'd an email stating my cleaning was ready for p/u which I thought was strange but went to pick it up and for whatever reason was sent to the YL store. I asked for it to be delivered this Tuesday, November 15th and now I'm getting notified that my cleaning is ready for pick up!!

My last experience was awful with you guys, spoke with the manager regarding your employee whom was rude towards me when I asked to use my coupon. Faye is amazing at the Yorba Linda location, but the other employee had such terrible customer service skills towards me that it makes me second guess coming back. I have always liked my services at Kona, but after that, I would consider doing my business elsewhere.

When you send out a notification that clothes are ready for pickup, And total dollar amount, how about giving us a detailed breakdown of itemized clothes and amount of each item. A total cost tells us nothing. We need to know charges for each piec

My pick up was for Tuesday..no one showed. When I call you Wednesday you could not pick it up that day since "no one picks up on Wednesday's". You GUARANTEED me that I would have a normal scheduled pick up on Thursday, (1-14-2016). Again, NO show.....

I have been taking my comforter covers to Kona prior to the new ownership and never had any issues. Since Kona I have had to ask repeatedly for each comforter to be placed in its own bag and it very rarely happens. Today I went into pick up my covers and there were three or four comforters in one bag. I asked the young man working what I need to do to make sure they get bagged separately.
