Was promised my order would be done on Saturday, but it wasn’t done until Monday morning. When I picked my order up, the employee apologized and said they had problems but did not offer any other incentive to return. This was my first order in about a year and I was just giving your business another try. I will find another dry cleaner near me to try.

Please open the store on time. People are on very tight schedules in the morning. Opening doors at 7:10 is unacceptable. This happens too often.

yesterday 4/20/2018 I came to your cleaners for a pick up, which I do every week. there was a customer before me, which I thought she was writing a check, But she was filling out the information paper. Your employee looked at me did not say anything just kept waiting for the customer to finish. then another customer came after me, she still did not say anything to either of us. No even one star. I wish I could've give this place a 0. My garment was ruined.. employee was totally rude . No apology and instead she yelled at me. Poor Costomer service. I will never go back.

Over charged me. Two pants to cuff in the legs. I was told on 3 June it will be $6 each, and ready by Wednesday 7 June. I tried to pick them up on 8 June, and was told they are not ready (late, no apology). Took my receipt, and gave me a new receipt with fees on it showing around $11, with some kind of discount. I received email on 10 June, telling me they are ready, and it cost $20. I pick up the pants and hand over a $20 bill, and expected changes. I was told there is no change due. The front was not steamed correctly. This is a graduation gown and the front creases were crooked. It was like the person purposely put a large wrinkle in the front. Very disappointed. But the customer service person was AWESOME. Very friendly and kind.

My first experience with Kona and their prices are way out of line. I had 10 dry-clean items and 26 shirts. Even with a coupon for 10% my bill was $140.63. Shirts are no more than $1.85 at the most expensive place ($1.66 w/coupon). $40 for shirts. Average charge for drycleaning $10 per item ($11 before discount). Mostly trousers and blouses. No silk fancies or specialty items. Never going back there again.

Asked for a Permanent crease be applied for my new Umpire pants. Was not done. It is very important to me to look my best when I enter the field. Sharp looking appearance is a first impression that counts.
