I took my king size Ugg blanket in to be cleaned. When I got it back my comforter was stiff not fluffy or soft any more. If I had known it would change the texture I would never have cleaned it.

The assistants at the cleaners were fine. It's the pricing that is crazy. Way too expensive. I brought in a women's simple blouse and sweater. When I picked it up, the cost was $16.05 for 2 simple items! That's $8.00 each item. I won't be returning.

If you can’t remain open until at least 6pm then I have to take my business somewhere else. 9am to 5pm is not convenient for people that work.

If you would like to switch over to route, you can have pick up and delivery at your home or office, if you're local, as we understand that people are busy and don't have the time to go pick up dry cleaning sometimes. dropped off my husbands pair of pants on Tuesday, i was told on Wed. they would be ready, i came back on Thursday and she told me the pants are here but we can not find them? I had to go back home only to return on Friday { wasting my gas} they were there. as i tried to explain to her she didn't have a clue about pants she couldn't understand i had a extra trip........how very unprofessional. My son's military pants where not hemmed properly and when I picked them up nobody could fix them. So now he does have pants.

Brought in a brand new dress shirt to have laundered and medium starch for a formal event. Had to wait 3 days. Went to pick it up the shirt was not laundered or starched. They just hung it up on a hanger and covered it with plastic. The new plastic piece was still in the collar. I paid before it was brought out....then told I had to wait till tomorrow for a refund. because there was a line behind me... that is not good business and I still never got a reason it was not done. The Konas near my house called this facility to see about alterations. I was told if I brought my garment in by a certain time on Friday, I could have it back on Monday. When I went in on Friday I was told it would be done on Wednesday. I went to pick it up on Wednesday and noticed it seemed long still so I retried it on. My garment was still 2 inches to long. I needed it by the following evening, so they kept it and rehemmed the outfit and I picked it up on Thursday afternoon.
Your cleaning and/or ironing process ruins my dress shirts; too harsh. I’ve switch to a different dry cleaner that uses a more gentle process, and my shirts are holding up much better now.
