I’m afraid my black coat was ruined! Shininess is gone. The neck was not repaired and the outer coat shrunk. The liner is sticking out! And the lady (Jen) made me pay for it. Phone number is 949 378 8847. The coat is at your establishment for you to review. Kathy

Not explained the extra cost for designer clothing. Charged $30 + to clean a polo style shirt. Would have declined the service had I known since it’s nothing special about the shirt

Went to the cleaners on Yorba Linda and it was closed. Your internet footprint says it would be open.

I dropped off 6 shirts to get pressed, my bill came to about $6 per shirt. This is a ridiculous amount to pay to just press the wrinkles out of a shirt.

The cotten coat that Kona washed for me was like it was never been washed by the clothes cleaner. It is a store close to where I live, so I gave it a try. Very disappointed. I have to hand wash it and brush it again by myself after I paid for a so-called clothes cleaner service. Don't use Kona clothes cleaner. It is a joke!

I took my king size Ugg blanket in to be cleaned. When I got it back my comforter was stiff not fluffy or soft any more. If I had known it would change the texture I would never have cleaned it.

The assistants at the cleaners were fine. It's the pricing that is crazy. Way too expensive. I brought in a women's simple blouse and sweater. When I picked it up, the cost was $16.05 for 2 simple items! That's $8.00 each item. I won't be returning.

If you can’t remain open until at least 6pm then I have to take my business somewhere else. 9am to 5pm is not convenient for people that work.
