Kona is the best! Rose is hard working , friendly and dedicated to her customers. Rose treats me like family and provides excellent customer service with reasonable fair prices! She provides a five star protocol service. I drop off my clothes on a weekly basis and enjoy interacting with her and the other employees when I go in. I'm a first time customer to Kona Cleaners. I dropped off five pieces of clothing. 5 pants and 5 shirts. I'm a LEO and asked to have my sleeves creased. I was told they can do it without creasing the patch. When I picked up my order the sleeves were not creased and I was told they couldn't do it because of the patch. I told them that's not what I was told when I dropped them off. The young lady helping me looked in the computer and there was documentation to crease the sleeves and not the patch. I admit, I was leery of using a new cleaners since I have used the same cleaners for 20 years. When I arrived, Rosa and her staff were true professionals , extremely kind and knowledgeable. I dropped off a Linen dress I bought in Italy that had two horrible stains. I was ecstatic to see the stains removed!!!! Kona Cleaners are now my families cleaners and I have already been recommending Kona Cleaners on Cherry/ Baseline to friends and family.

Great care of my clothes with great customer service! They even did a repeat attempt without charge on a very difficult stain I had on a white blazer with amazing results!

They were super nice and super helpful, my clothes was ready the very next day. You can tell they take pride in there work. There app make it super easy to pay and pick up with out any lines. I was in and out in less than a minute. They definitely have a new customer in me.
