I stated I had a coupon but the attendant took out the card and put it back in the machine to make the charge go through instead of cancelling the transaction and ask for the coupon. I was told that it was too late :(

My dry cleaning was “lost” twice. I was promised my cleaning the next day and when I went to go get it they couldn’t find it. It was my needed uniform for work the next day.

Brought to your shop 8 long sleeves shirts deal $ 2,50 for 1 shirt; ur staff clean first and phoned me that total charges was abt 37.5 $ ; she supposed to phone me first and performed the job; after argued I paid 26,5 $ ; so I decided not to see ur shop . Thank ya
This was the absolute most expensive dry cleaners I found in my search for dry cleaners, I literally could not have found a more expensive one.
If there was less than one star that's what I would rate this place! My fiancee took a guaybera shirt along with 6 dress shirts & 3 slacks total of 10pc...when he picked up today they told him that shirt was missing becuase it fell apart! Big inconvenience, my clothes weren’t ready when they said that they were, I drove down there for nothing. They said to come back the next business day, so I did... they tried to give me somebody else’s blazer, they lost my tie and didn’t offer to give me a discount for any of the inconvenience. One of the ladies there is kinda rude too. This is my first time there, I probably won’t be coming back.
I received the text that my order was ready. Got there and only a part of the order was ready. Very frustrating!!! Now I have to go back again when the rest arrives.
Prices are way higher than local areas including Rancho Cucamonga. Too many text and emails. Attempted to use a coupon that was emailed to me but couldn’t use it for alterations :( only dry cleaning which the coupon did not stipulate that.
