A shame. The store manager who claims her name is Rosa was aggressive and condescending upon arrival. The issue is I was charged for a service I didn't request. Then when I called to let them know, a man rudely responded and tried to argue me down about a service I know I asked for. His anger was unnecessary given that he didn't spend his own money on the wrong service. He then abruptly says "you know what, come in" as if I wasn't going to do that anyway.
