I went to your Fontana store to get a pair of pants altered and dry-cleaned for a wedding on Sunday. When I got back the pants, I tried it on at home Saturday morning and one leg was shorter than the other. I called the store to tell them about it and was told that the alterations person was not in but will talk to the Manager on what could be done and call me back. I took 2 shirts in to be mended. I picked them up took them home I discovered one of the holes was not fixed. So I took the shirt back and they corrected the problem. No big deal.

Take my pants to wash and ironing you guys did one very well but the other pants are not ironing right I’m very disappointed.

We had to resend my husbands jersey back for a re due. Jersey had a stain on that seems to be easy to remove. I would of had expected a better service since the price for the service was pretty expensive.

My pants were iron Wong I was very upset because I’m going on vacation and I have to iron them agin. I keep saying I’m not going back but I have not found something close to me yet. Very mad 😡

Happy with the cleaning. Not to pleased with the handling or not handling of repairs. I do have to thank the lady who helped me by crediting what i paid when i picked up my item to the amount that the repair is costing

I’ve had to come back 8 times, yes you read that right, 8 TIMES to pick up shirts where they either forgot to crease my shirt sleeves or they only creased one of the sleeves; HOW DO YOU ONLY CREASE ONE SLEEVE. Do I need to call the store to ensure both sleeves are creased before I pick up my shirts? I shouldn’t have to.
