I have been a loyal customer of Kona Cleaners since 2022, and I have always appreciated the quality of your services. However, I regret to inform you that my recent experience has left me extremely disappointed, and I feel compelled to express my concerns. I’ve always liked it here. Never had issues or complaints. Today, I told them my uniform was turned in dirty to me. Keep in mind it happened 3 times already but I let it be. I was told to sign a waiver and there’s nothing that can be done. The uniform had food stuck to it. Not a stain. Dry food. I was able to take off most of it myself with my fingernail. Anyways it’s the first time I was disappointed and it was only the response that bothered me.
Today was the first time to Kona cleaners. They were very professional and everyone was sooooo nice. This will be my go to cleaners.
My clothes is not clean
Rosa gave excellent customer service as usual easy dropping everything off and same with pickup Items were done ahead of schedule ...what more can one ask for Outstanding is all I can say I always feel good after visiting the store.
Good customer service is a itemized breakdown in pricing for service alteration for a pair of pants dry cleaning for a pair pants so the customer knows precisely what they’re paying for !!
Over charged, messed up my tie. And shirts came back wrinkled. Trash. Not going back.
stain was still on jacket even after paying for premium cleaning
Used app”on my way” and “here”. Wasn’t on rack, wasn’t ready. Same with person in front of me. Same excuse….didn’t get it. Clerk was alone, unhappy customer on phone and I waited awhile.
