stain was still on jacket even after paying for premium cleaning

We want to ensure that we treat the fabric and design that you paid a premium price for with additional care. That means that it is cleaned separately from everything else. Used app”on my way” and “here”. Wasn’t on rack, wasn’t ready. Same with person in front of me. Same excuse….didn’t get it. Clerk was alone, unhappy customer on phone and I waited awhile.

Just picked up my work uniforms and the name tag stitching is pulling off. These arw brand new and only the second time I have dry cleaned them. Both times have been by Kona. I have photo's.

Worst place I’ve ever delt with… took these lady’s all brand new black clothing and received nothing but ashy black clothing in return let alone I was charged $80 to receive them back the next day.. upon arrival I was told some of the items were not ready yet so I was forced to wait another day just to receive my close back completely faded..

She let you know that while she didn't see a problem with your shirts, she would be happy to send them in for a redo and for others to view if they had faded. Your cleaners tore a hole in my sweater and lied about notifying me. When I arrived to pick up my sweater, they lied about how the hole was created but agreed to repair it. I left an returned the next day only to find the hole had not been repaired and the sweater was literally sitting in the same spot. Instead of apologizing, they kept insisting they didn’t create the hole. This is THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE and I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THEIR BUSINESS!!!!

Yesterday she was off when you came in and she worked on it this morning. It will not have been moved between yesterday and today because there was no seamstress working on it until today. I had my 3pc suit altered when I went to pick my suit up the vest was not included. I was charged $110.80. I was told to come back tomorrow. Not good!! I chose Kona Cleaners because they had a 5 star rating. The customer service was excellent. My suit is not complete without my vest.

I gave Kona a five star review 2 years ago, based on their Eastvale then I moved to Rancho Cucamonga and I started using their Fontana location. I started noticing that the prices have gone up quite a bit which I didn’t mind due to the state of our economy. And their good service. But recently I brought in two pairs of Golf pants to get laundered, they damaged my blue pants causing the garter to expand and ripple, my tan pants turned out just fine. The elastic on pants sometimes wears out at a different rate than the same pants/ same brand as it may belong to a different batch.
