Needed all shirts wrapped individually...some shirts cleaned are my brothers. Staff needs to communicate better. Did not get an apology.

Hello Mr. Hernandez, Sorry that they weren't bagged. We usually split our orders into a maximum of three shirts but will gladly individually bag them when it's requested. If you would like, we can separate those for you. I've called the store lead and she is apologetic that the CSR didn't offer to do it on the spot for you yesterday. Awful! I took my dress to get pressed only and had to send it back because it was wrinkled. When the dress came back the second time it was still wrinkled! I was very upset cuz my event was the next day and didn’t have time to have it pressed at a different location.. I wont be using them for anything! The staff was nice but that was about all. It was a waist of 2 days ended up having to press it my self!

I stated I had a coupon but the attendant took out the card and put it back in the machine to make the charge go through instead of cancelling the transaction and ask for the coupon. I was told that it was too late :(

My dry cleaning was “lost” twice. I was promised my cleaning the next day and when I went to go get it they couldn’t find it. It was my needed uniform for work the next day.

Brought to your shop 8 long sleeves shirts deal $ 2,50 for 1 shirt; ur staff clean first and phoned me that total charges was abt 37.5 $ ; she supposed to phone me first and performed the job; after argued I paid 26,5 $ ; so I decided not to see ur shop . Thank ya
This was the absolute most expensive dry cleaners I found in my search for dry cleaners, I literally could not have found a more expensive one.
If there was less than one star that's what I would rate this place! My fiancee took a guaybera shirt along with 6 dress shirts & 3 slacks total of 10pc...when he picked up today they told him that shirt was missing becuase it fell apart!
