If there was less than one star that's what I would rate this place! My fiancee took a guaybera shirt along with 6 dress shirts & 3 slacks total of 10pc...when he picked up today they told him that shirt was missing becuase it fell apart! How does a shirt fall apart??? I want to see this shirt! It was the first time he wore it and was taken to the cleaners! I purchased it for him last summer from Macys! Big inconvenience, my clothes weren’t ready when they said that they were, I drove down there for nothing. They said to come back the next business day, so I did... they tried to give me somebody else’s blazer, they lost my tie and didn’t offer to give me a discount for any of the inconvenience. One of the ladies there is kinda rude too. This is my first time there, I probably won’t be coming back.
I received the text that my order was ready. Got there and only a part of the order was ready. Very frustrating!!! Now I have to go back again when the rest arrives.
Prices are way higher than local areas including Rancho Cucamonga. Too many text and emails. Attempted to use a coupon that was emailed to me but couldn’t use it for alterations :( only dry cleaning which the coupon did not stipulate that.
I went to your Fontana store to get a pair of pants altered and dry-cleaned for a wedding on Sunday. When I got back the pants, I tried it on at home Saturday morning and one leg was shorter than the other. I called the store to tell them about it and was told that the alterations person was not in but will talk to the Manager on what could be done and call me back.
