Friendly service; expert tailoring of a failed zipper replacement; clear communication and expectation of service; inexpensive; if this cleaner were closer to my residence, they'd be my cleaner of choice

I noticed that my shirts were coming with black plastic hangers and the last shipment came with generic ones. I really liked having the black plastic ones as I can keep them in my closet and they look nice. Will they return? Also, my sweater had pilling that wasn't removed when it arrived.

Marquise on the phone was great, pick-up came and delivery was on time, the bad and hangers are nice, the laundered shirts for my husband were fine, but my cotton blouses were dingy and even wrinkled. This is after I mentioned that I was disappointed how the neighborhood cleaner did one of them and that I was hoping it could somehow be refreshed. Greener Cleaner cannot currently find an Armani tie that I brought in. This was my first to GC and I am not altogether pleased.

Always great about pick up/drop off. But I find that when I leave notes to spot check certain items, it gets forgotten or not addressed at all. Sometimes I see the notes that "we tried to clean but can't get out" This at least lets me know that you tried. I had to send a scarf back 3 times before a spot was addressed. Also, when I filled out my initial profile, I said "to never to launder" my husband's shirts, always dry clean, and for some reason this note never got addressed either? Had to call an complain to get in change... read more

I don't know if you got the wrong address somehow and dropped my shirt off in Lincolnwood or what? But my short was supposes to be delivered here Saturday and it is now Thursday. I just got home after days of not being here. I asked a roommate to set it aside for me and it is no where to be seen or found. I spent weeks making that shirt for a client so now I'd have to make her a new one. Yet I'm still being billed for the stain removal on the 27th of the month?

Usually Greener cleaner is great and things come back as they should. Lately I have had several billing discrepencies (which were cleared up), missed pickups and deliveries, and the last delivery they didn't fold my socks. Maybe that last one is nitpicking but for the $400 a month of laundry and dry cleaning, I expect it to be perfect and lately it has been slipping.

As always, the clothes were returned properly and clean. However, I had included a coupon for $10 off and rather than refund me $10, i get a "credit" that I have to use on another cleaning order. I find it annoying.

Cashier was very abrupt when I was dropping off my dry cleaning. I asked if I could point out some stains on one shirt and she said no, that they will spot check it. The stains are still there and I wasn't notified on pick up that there was a problem getting any stains out.
