I like earth friendly cleaning, but the prices are too high. Also, all of the stains were not removed. I think this cleaners is just okay.
The cleaning is fine. The clerks or attendants could use some training in dealing with customers. The do not make the customer feel welcome.
There was a big white powedery stain on my dress and my buttons were broken. The worst part was that no one from the store mentioned this to me.

So want to like this company
I am concerned about the strong odor emanating from the clothes which are dry cleaned using the silicon method. Is there residual silicon on my clothes and is this healthy to breathe? I will switch to the other method to dry clean my clothes. Also there is fragrance with the cotton shirts that are laundered.
I was at your Skokie location. All I needed was to have 4 curtain panels pressed. I never thought to ask the price for this service, but consumers be very aware. You must start letting your customers know ahead of time. I could have brought new!!!!
Your prices have gotten too high for my continued business.
Overall, Greener Cleaner does a good job, but there are some things which need improvement. Occasionally, things come back with snags (that didn't have snags when dropped off). Also, why are repairs not made if you notice a hem coming down or a cracked button? Just add it to my bill, I don't mind. Instead, I have a clean garment that's not wearable because it needs repairs.
