There were still spots on my garment.I did get the notice that they could not be removed. However I think there could have been a better effort. I could have gone to a less expensive cleaner and gotten the same result.

Horrible. Item returned with same pet odor. They told me that they cleaned it in the store because that is what the instructions said on the tag. While she was on the phone (manager at Skokie) I read to her that it should be cleaned by a leather or suede professional, which is where she said she would have sent it had it been on the care tag. I have send you a email directly, but you didn't answer me. So how co.e you didn't clean my jacket and you did not even try to explain what was the reason that it can be cleaned. You've just give me i paid and i was thinking it's OK. When i gat home.... Sorry but not professional from your side

Definitely not the right place for delicate clothes. They severely damaged my embellished top. I have been told that it’s a usual damage for them and the manager explained that they have no control on that kind of issue. It is not reassuring to hear that they cannot guarantee that our clothes won’t be ruined! The manager offered to replace the missing beads, but nothing to repair the silver thread embroidery and the very specific sequins which have been split. They did not even apologize for their mistake.

I tried to set up a new customer account this morning with a promo code given to me by a friend. It didn't work so I called and spoke with someone. She couldn't figure it out so she took my info and said she'd give me a call right back. That was 3 hours ago and no one has called. I just called back again and no one answered the phone, instead I had to leave a voicemail. Horrible customer service. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

I am disappointed with my first time experience with them. They've promised on certain day and when I was picking it up, it was not ready and promised me again the next business day early morning and of course it wasn't ready (AGAIN!). Tried and went 3 times!!! Charged me $23.92 for two spring jackets(my time, gas and milage).I felt it's overpriced! They shouldn't promise if they can't fulfill.

They lost 2 of my robes; however, they were found & delivered with a future order. They did offer to compensate me, but that turned out not necessary.

Printing out coupons for every bag seems like the opposite of "Green" to me. I also emailed a week or 2 ago and received no response about reviewing some of the billing to my account. Seems like I am being overcharged and no one will answer me which is perturbing.
