Sent two throw pillows to be cleaned of 3 day old coconut oil. The stains are gone but it seems like they actually ran it through the wash? I could have done that...now the pillows are misshapened and lumpy. Also, theres now puckering around some of the embroidering and one of the pillows has a run down the front side. Customer service seemed great- they were very pleasant on the phone, pick-up/drop-off process and times were effortless and on point. But nothing was said on the condition of the pillows. I am so angry and disappointed... I have appreciated the excellent service at Greener Cleaners for the past 8 years for cotton, silk and wool garments. Recently, I brought in a pair of shearling boots to have cleaned when a "special" was offered on cleaning and waterproofing Ugg boots. My boots are not Uggs-- they are another expensive brand and were a light beige color. They were not filthy dirty but needed spot cleaning. I appreciate that I am often remembered as a repeat customer. I like the e-mail reminders and the quality of the dry-cleaning service. A small criticism is that I don't think that the plastic collar item is necessary nor are the plastic clips that hold the sleeves together. Shirts are often grouped together in clusters of 3 or 4 with separate plastic wrapping. They could all be grouped together in my opinion and wrapped once.

My experience with the cleaners has been disappointing. I went there twice. The second time I went I turned in a skirt with cake and alcohol stains and a pair of pants. When I picked up both, I noticed that the skirt had (what it seemed) all of the original staining on it (I clearly remember asking the lady who worked there if she needed me to point out teh stains, but she said she would do a close check), while the pants were ironed heavily on the outside, which they were not supposed to be as per the very clear instruction... read more

Really bad experience. I lost one brand new pair of jeans there; I took them for an alteration and they did the opposite on my jeans they shortened.

This was my first time there. Honestly, I love the idea of greener cleaning and my clothing turned out nice. The downside was how unwelcome I felt dropping of my clothing. The women acted like I was interrupting her and even when I said it was my first time there she didn't explain anything. I was meet with the same rushed abrubt attitude when I picked up as well.
