We have used greener cleaner for about five years and find their cleaning and laundry services to be well above average.
I love the green part of this business especially with industrial cleaning products and the clothes come out nicely too.
IT was my first time using your service the female staff member was kind and courteous and very sincere my only complaint is I always like to know what my balance is at the time of drop off and I had to wait until my clothes was ready.
My alterations were spot on!
I came in Friday September 23rd around 5:00pm. There was a young man helping a woman who had three bags of clothes and they were going through each item and he would tag them. I waited for a few minutes for the man to greet me or say anything at all. To perhaps pause and ask what I came for. He said nothing and I felt somewhat angry so I left. My first experience with the cleaners wasn’t good. I brought a few items to the cleaners for either cleaning or alterations and a couple of items were either not clean or damaged. A dress with seashell buttons were broken during the cleaning process and I wasn’t notified before I picked up a portion of my order.
