IT was my first time using your service the female staff member was kind and courteous and very sincere my only complaint is I always like to know what my balance is at the time of drop off and I had to wait until my clothes was ready.

I do not recommend this cleaner if you are sending in expensive clothing. They do not handle clothing with respect. I sent them two sweaters, both higher-end quality, and they sent them back to me with a tag ripped out, and spots all over the first one, and then thinned and shrunk a lightweight brand-new cashmere. Mistakes are made, but how the owner, Mike Bleier, handled the call was inappropriate and rude. Not once did he take responsibility for mistakes made. I came in Friday September 23rd around 5:00pm. There was a young man helping a woman who had three bags of clothes and they were going through each item and he would tag them. I waited for a few minutes for the man to greet me or say anything at all. To perhaps pause and ask what I came for. He said nothing and I felt somewhat angry so I left. My first experience with the cleaners wasn’t good. I brought a few items to the cleaners for either cleaning or alterations and a couple of items were either not clean or damaged. A dress with seashell buttons were broken during the cleaning process and I wasn’t notified before I picked up a portion of my order. I had to keep it there a little longer for some buttons to be replaced. I asked for stitching of the raw edge of the dress pockets as well because the raw edge unraveled and it was never fixed.
