Everything I brought for cleaning turned out great. I am only giving 3 stars because I brought in a coat to have the button replaced and they lost the button. The button fell off 2 years ago, but I saved it so it could be repaired, only to have the cleaners lose it once I finally brought it in. A small mistake, but I am really disappointed by it.
Very happy with the service at Greener Cleaner. Staff is very helpful, friendly and always smiling! My clothing and household items always feel and smell clean and fresh. I am very happy.

Excellent. Picked up ontime. Dropped off on time. Everything was very clean. I also appreciated that clothes were 'grouped' together correctly (suit pants with suit jacket, all shirts in same grouping, etc.). Made it easy to simply put in my closet where I put each item
Great customer service, friendly and cute girls. good prices and fast processing. I do think the parking lot should exit to Oakton and enter from side street as I saw many people doing that as I had too. if you are coming from east, you cannot enter parking lot because you have to cross 2 busy eastbound lanes.

Thanks for the kind words ABC! Regarding the parking lot, the village of Skokie will not let us change the parking lot striping. To get into the parking lot from the East, try going one block past the store and make a left onto Lamon, (it's an easier left to make) then your first left onto Louise, and finally another left onto La Crosse. That gets you right to the entrance of our lot!
A little bit pricey for cleaning, but the tailoring services are excellent. However, for a "green" place they sure use a lot of hangers, plastic wrap, etc. that I end up recycling. It would be nice to just get my clothes back without all that. It would also be nice to not have the 3-5 holes in the clothes from the receipts/tags being attached by a plastic tag gun.
The shirts are very well done the care for quality is evident!
