I have been using Greener Cleaner for almost three years now and I couldn't be happier. Luke, my laundry representative, is prompt, courteous and polite and I trust him completely (which is important, seeing as he has keys to my home). I would absolutely recommend Greener Cleaner to anyone.
Delivery and pickups at regular intervals is good. Also, when I leave notes on clothing about spots, etc. they are very responsive. Shirts are done nicely and buttons stay intact. I wish there was an easy way to schedule a pickup in between times, though.
Always pleased with Greener Cleaner's delivery service. I have used it weekly for about two years. Reliable, well-priced and attention to details in cleaning and pressing. My only caveat is keep up with what you send each week. Like with any cleaner, things can be misplaced. It's best to call right away is something isn't returned. Greener Cleaner has always had my items, it's just that the identification tag came off and the item needed to be claimed. Customer service is pleasant and aims to please.
I had an unusual amount of laundry due to out-of-town guests and I thought a favorite tablecloth was lost. I called reported the problem and your personnel was very professional and polite. They checked your facility and called me back. They couldn't find it. They read the ticket to me and tried to find a solution. Quick pickup, friendly people on the phone, quick turnaround time, and it's nice that they even put in notes on garments that they tried to clean spots from but couldn't because it was impossible. I also like the idea of supporting green businesses.
