The worst. I paid $40 for a fox fur collared sweater and when I picked it up it was all matted down in the back. THE FUR ID RUINED.
The personal interaction at the shop was great, the only thing I found frustrating was that I was charged for 7 pieces of dry cleaning because one pair of pants had a corresponding belt. I've never had a dry cleaner charge me extra for a belt before, and as it was my first time using your company I found it a bit off-putting. But everything else was excellent!
This is a new experience for me since I'm used to the Manhattan location. I thought everything was great except for pickup/dropoff. It's inconvenient to have to call to schedule a pickup and I would have appreciated if someone had let me know that I wouldn't receive any notification when my items were done. When I called to schedule dropoff, the woman I spoke with seemed confused about what I was asking for, but for me it's standard to have my clothing picked up and dropped off. The employees were helpful and made an extra effort to answer my questions about their service and I was pleased with the results of my items that were cleaned. I was initially somewhat uneasy with their unfamiliar procedures - the receipt did not identify the specific items that I left for cleaning nor was a price provided at that time, however the clerk called the main facility and quoted an estimate that was reasonable and my final cost was less than the price quoted after the 10% discount for new customers. customer service was great. i loved receiving an email when my clothes were ready. i am most relived to know that my clothes are not being cleaned with chemicals and that chemicals are not being dumped into the environment bc i need dry cleaning services!
Given my jacket came out the same way it was not satisfied had to send it back to redo it
Very organized and very friendly, professional service. The person I spoke to (didn't catch her name) was very courteous and straightforward about what could and could not be done on my timetable, which helped me to plan. I also like the fact that all of my customer information is in the computer and the email updates are great.
