Always pleasant
I have never found fault with Freddy’s pick-up and delivery of my laundry. On occasion, however, the person answering the phone forgot to pass the info to Freddy. But that has happened maybe only five times. All in all, I am very satisfied. One thing, though: I feel the 25% surcharge for the eco-friendly process, is a bit too much. All in all, though, thank you.

I was so looking forward to start using their services! I created an account and call them to schedule my first pick up. They told me they'd drop off a garment bag, so I could fill it up. This was Thursday last week. On Friday I called them to ask them if they were still delivering the garment bag, which I wanted to fill out with drycleaning to send them. They said the would.
