My daughter's prom dress needed to be altered by 4 inches. I dropped off the dress on Saturday and was able to pick the dress up on the following Friday. The alteration was done professionally and quickly. Thank-you for quality service.
The way you packaged the gowns after cleaning was awesome. Your having hours on Saturdays was appreciated. My only issue was in some puckered fabric where the zipper was sewn in a coat, but I primarily wear it for shoveling and no one is going to see it but me, so it will do. I will return and recommend...thank you.

Had not been to Gi-Ro in a while! I was happy to see that you now offer alterations! The counter help is delightful!! The cleaners did an awesome job cleaning and pressing my antique, hand made, table cloth from Poland! It's a bear to launder and iron it myself but I was always afraid I would be gauged price wise if I had it cleaned professionally! I was WRONG! Thank you for the email reminder as well ??
