Excellent customer service. Got out stains I could not at home (even though they attached a note that some stains could not be safely removed, I could not see them). Timely service.

My daughter's prom dress needed to be altered by 4 inches. I dropped off the dress on Saturday and was able to pick the dress up on the following Friday. The alteration was done professionally and quickly. Thank-you for quality service.
The way you packaged the gowns after cleaning was awesome. Your having hours on Saturdays was appreciated. My only issue was in some puckered fabric where the zipper was sewn in a coat, but I primarily wear it for shoveling and no one is going to see it but me, so it will do. I will return and recommend...thank you.
