Had not been to Gi-Ro in a while! I was happy to see that you now offer alterations! The counter help is delightful!! The cleaners did an awesome job cleaning and pressing my antique, hand made, table cloth from Poland! It's a bear to launder and iron it myself but I was always afraid I would be gauged price wise if I had it cleaned professionally! I was WRONG! Thank you for the email reminder as well ??

staff is good. However, shirt ironing is consistently inadequate. The cuffs are routinely wrinkled/creased etc. Another recurring problem with the cuffs is that the edge is often dog-eared and then ironed like that so essentially the shirt is either worn with an unsightly crease or unwearable due to its being unsightly. It is clear the quality control is poor. Since this has happened over and over again for years, despite my complaints, I have to assume it is not going to get better.
The staff was very friendly and helpful with all of my questions, as I had never been there before. My clothes were done on time and some even earlier than expected.The email notification was extremely beneficial as well. overall great team and great product!

It was my first time at Gi-Ro. I needed a zipper repaired on my jeans. It was done in a timely manner. You could not even tell it was repaired. The price was very reasonable. I will be a return customer. Thank you for a pleasant experience.
