Gi-Ro is great, affordable, responsive and always on time
For our Monday delivery and pick up, the driver did not bring our clean microfibers, so I had to call Jennifer who was very nice and send someone back to Yahoo to bring the clean microfibers.
I like that you let me know my order was ready, and you also gave me the amount that was due. your staff was friendly and helpful. my order was even ready 2 days early!

needless to say, i am very pleased with the zipper work that was done on my jacket.....especially-since it was only a "slider" problem (as opposed-to a replacement of the entire zipper assembly)....in addition, the info that i can now have my golf rain outfit "rain proofed" ....thanks again
