5 star service with GI-RO pick up and delivery always as promised. Clothes come back perfect and best of all NO broken or smashed buttons on my husbands dress shirts! Would highly recommend to friends.

Gi-Ro is great, affordable, responsive and always on time
For our Monday delivery and pick up, the driver did not bring our clean microfibers, so I had to call Jennifer who was very nice and send someone back to Yahoo to bring the clean microfibers.
I like that you let me know my order was ready, and you also gave me the amount that was due. your staff was friendly and helpful. my order was even ready 2 days early!
Fast and friendly service. I loved the e-mail notification that my order was ready. I will use Gi-Ro again!
