My orders are almost always done before the agreed pick-up date, which is nice. The staff is always friendly, and usually knowledgeable. The prices are reasonable IF you use the clipper coupons. I never bring anything in without a coupon. I've never had an issue with an item being lost. Generally, the items look great when they come back from Gi-Ro. Overall, I'm quite happy with this dry cleaners. I'd recommend it to friends.
