Excellent job it’s just what I expected for my dress
No complaints from the brides. I dropped off two gowns to be pressed. Thumbs up all the way
Gown looks great. My only wish is for better communication when dress was ready for pickup. When I made contact with location to see if dress was ready for pickup (because it was 6 weeks and I hadn’t heard anything), I was told that I was called once. I never got the call, no voicemail was left, and no follow up text. I was out of state on the day of the call. The rest of the experience was wonderful! Nice employees and fantastic packaging.
Needed a dress hemmed with a high-low hem and semstress did an excellent job.
Was ready when promised Sealed in a bag that was easily opened and sealed
Did great job of cleaning. Had to pay the cost up front before service was completed. Not sure why. Got updates on when the gown would be done. Then they dropped the ball and did not notify me the gown was done and ready for pickup.
Good & friendly assistance, cleaning/repaur work very satisfactory & like everything now a-days, very costly! Will recommend.
