I am beyond impressed with this place. Veronica, and I believe Marissa as well, are truly a godsend. I was honestly very hesitant about going with a pre-loved gown, and I was nervous walking in. After working with them, I am now so excited. They made my dress look like new. Considering the level of difficulty with silk-wool fabric and pleating, the craftsmanship was exceptional. They call it 5 Star wedding gowns for a reason! The staff were so kind and patient answering my many questions about the cleaning and preservation process, very personable and knowledgeable. I was nervous to hand over my dress but they did a fantastic job; it looks as good as new! So grateful for their expertise, they really know what they’re doing! I had a rush order on a 1950s wedding gown that was being made into a baby blessing gown. The original was stained as well as aged, and no promises were made due to the short turnaround as well as customer finances. Three days later, the original gown was several degrees lighter and brighter. Even the appliques looked fabulous. I'm so happy I received the referral!
