Needed my daughter’s wedding dress before the usual turn around time and Five Star delivered within 3 weeks. Absolutely please with the preservation process of the dress. Definitely surprised my daughter. I’ve been a Five Star customer for over 14 years.

Took my wedding dress in to get preserved and the outcome was great! My dress was back to looking the way I purchased it several years back. When the dress was ready, I was contacted to view the dress prior to getting it boxed. The nice lady upfront took care of my request from A-Z. Package was nicely put together in a beautiful box. I had a wonderful night in my wedding gown, and it showed all over the train! When I brought the dress in, the hem and train were black with dirt and there were snags in the lace. The ladies here were able to make the gown look brand new again, and they very lovingly stored it in a beautiful box to await my anniversary. They let me inspect the whole gown before it was boxed up so I could make sure it was perfect, and it was! I'm so grateful for their hard work.
