Gown looks great. My only wish is for better communication when dress was ready for pickup. When I made contact with location to see if dress was ready for pickup (because it was 6 weeks and I hadn’t heard anything), I was told that I was called once. I never got the call, no voicemail was left, and no follow up text. I was out of state on the day of the call. The rest of the experience was wonderful! Nice employees and fantastic packaging.

Did great job of cleaning. Had to pay the cost up front before service was completed. Not sure why. Got updates on when the gown would be done. Then they dropped the ball and did not notify me the gown was done and ready for pickup.

I recently had Five Star Cleaners on Huebner clean our heirloom hand puppet, Lamb Chop. I got her back in 1987 and this puppet is priceless to our family because of all the joy she has brought us through the years! When it was apparent she needed some cleaning up, I knew I could trust them to take good care of her and they did just that! Thank you Five Star for an amazing job!!

I have a 30 year old Versace dress that had turned yellow and brown with age. I remember bringing my wedding dress here. I had walked around Las Vegas on my wedding day. The bottom was FILTHY. But you guys cleaned both so that they both look like new. I highly recommend your business. This is the only place I will bring my special items!!!
