Took my wedding dress in to get preserved and the outcome was great! My dress was back to looking the way I purchased it several years back. When the dress was ready, I was contacted to view the dress prior to getting it boxed. The nice lady upfront took care of my request from A-Z. Package was nicely put together in a beautiful box. Thank you Five Star!!!
I had a wonderful night in my wedding gown, and it showed all over the train! When I brought the dress in, the hem and train were black with dirt and there were snags in the lace. The ladies here were able to make the gown look brand new again, and they very lovingly stored it in a beautiful box to await my anniversary. They let me inspect the whole gown before it was boxed up so I could make sure it was perfect, and it was! I'm so grateful for their hard work.
They were SO kind and understanding! I had a wedding coming up in 5 days and they were able to get me situated. They also had the best prices in SA 🤍 Thanks for your part in making my wedding day memorable - i’ll be back to preserve my dress!
Julie and her staff did an exceptional job altering a huge ball gown for my daughter's wedding. They worked around our schedule and were very professional.
