I am disappointed in your lack of attention to the fact that not everything needs to be dry cleaned. When asking for items to be laundered, please listen to your customers. I realize the cost of things has increased but to upsell or disregard their request is not ok. Seven items for over $60, that is too much.
I am extremely saddened to end my relationship with Elite Cleaners today. I received a very unprofessional, rude and humiliating voice mail from David in reference to an earlier phone call regarding an "ENVIRO" charge of 10% added to my receipt. I had never noticed it on previous receipts. I think the quality is there but I took in around 7 pieces of dress clothes and I was charged almost $80 which is ridiculous pricing for dry cleaning.
My jacket from my wedding suit has gone missing for over thirty days now. Zero communication has been established. I stopped in the store which and was informed this. I had received zero calls up to this point. I was instructed to call Kim after 30 days if I had not heard back from you. Spoke with Kim this morning and was shrugged off as an inconvenience and was told she would call the store for she had not been notified. I thought that 16 dollars for a shirt and pants was excessive after all it wasn't dry clean only it was plain laundry.
I recently dropped off some clothes and told the staff, that I'll be picking up my clothes, she informed me that she would put in a note. However, she completely forgot or ignored my request. I called the following date to ensure the clothes were ready to be picked up. However, the clerk hung up the Phone twice. it seems to me that these people dont care or they think they can get away with these kind of behavior. Very Unprofessional!
Some how, the cost came out to be $4 MORE than I was quoted. $4 for a short....& $12 for a pair of pants!?? WTF is wrong with you people??? No. Never again My first and LAST visit. You gonna rob someone like that. I'm telling other people to avoid this place
