While I appreciate being asked, this was not my first visit. I've been a customer for about 10 years.
I had my curtains dry cleaned and they did a great job but when I went to pick it up they forgot to include the pins that went to my curtains. I called the following day and she had them and apologized for not including them when I picked up my order.
Not sure why I got this message from you. My first trip to Dublin Cleaners was early in 2002. I have had nothing but good experiences with Dublin Cleaners throughout the years.

We have been coming to Dublin Cleaners for 25 years. My husband and I dry clean our professional wardrobe and feel that the quality of your service is outstanding. I appreciate your friendly counter staff and our little dog enjoys the dog bones they hand out. We dry clean items from dress shirts to bedspreads to suede jackets. We've never had a problem---nothing ever lost---items available on time. We will remain loyal to Dublin Cleaners.
