Someone elses shirt was sent with my shirts yesterday. I will enclose it with Mondays laundry. Hopefully, it can be reunited with its proper owner.

This was my first time to Dublin Cleaners and I was very happy. I liked the email telling me my order was ready! And the email asking how I liked the service. And the phone call thanking me for my business. Those are all very nice touches!

Excellent as always! It was fun to share with Sue that the email notifications have resumed (nice convenience) as I know that Sue and Tammy have been working hard to get that service back in place.
I really like the staff...as soon as I went in they were very welcoming, talked about free deliver to home service, and the shop felt very professional and clean. However, the item I wanted cleaned (a work laptop bag made of synthetic fibers) came back with the same stains on it -- peanut butter and blue ink. bummer. so...no significant improvement to the bag. Frankly, the stains may have set too long to be salvagable.
For some reason I have been taken off the email list and have not gotten a statement regarding what's being deleted from our account since June. I have called several times and each time they tell me it's been fixed. This is the first email I've gotten from Dublin Cleaners in 3 months.
