The experience was great, I had a household area rug cleaned and deodorized. The service was great and the best part, they delivered it to me for free. Be sure to sign up for delivery service, it so convenient and hassle free. I love this cleaners and the people are very considerate and helpful. The cost was average and it was money well spent, my rug is like new!
Great job. The pickup and drop-off were on time and the laundry looks great. The shirts are clean, crisp, and my husband already got compliments on how good his shirts look.

Customer Service is EXCEPTIONAL!! My only reason for not giving 5-stars is that we had one 2-piece item (men's suit), and two 1-piece items (dress shirt and a sweater). When I picked up our order, the pants were hung separately with a plastic protector marked 1-item as was the dress shirt. The suit jacket was hung in a plastic covered double-hanger package marked 2-item and the sweater was with it - as if someone mixed up the suit pants and the sweater. I was very pleased. even though the badge of the person who helped me said she was a trainee, service was quick, professional and polite. prices are reasonable and the quality of the work done was quite good.
