Great and I appreciate that you asked!
They took care of my daughter's vintage wedding gown and veil, and a family heirloom shawl. Did not promise anything they weren't sure they could do safely, and they were the only place in town that dealt with antique and vintage materials. The items were packaged up beautifully for safekeeping and preservation.

If a problem arose, I spoke to the person at the store and my issue was immediately resolved to my satisfaction - though this rarely happened.
